Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

Welcome to the website of One-Stop Communications LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and, where applicable, your purchase or use of services provided by One-Stop Communications LLC.

By accessing our website, submitting a service request, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

One-Stop Communications LLC provides low-voltage communications and related services, which may include network cabling, structured cabling, telecommunications, data infrastructure, wireless networking, security-related low-voltage systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other related services.

The specific services provided will depend on the scope of work agreed upon between the Company and the customer.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided by the Company is based on the information reasonably available at the time it is prepared.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Estimates are not guarantees of final project cost.

  • Additional labor, materials, equipment, or work may be required when conditions differ from those reasonably anticipated.

  • Concealed, inaccessible, damaged, or previously unknown conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Changes requested by the customer may result in additional costs.

  • A written proposal or agreement may contain terms that supersede portions of these general Terms of Service.

The final price and scope of a project will be determined by the applicable written proposal, estimate, work order, or service agreement.

3. Scheduling

Service appointments and project schedules are estimates and may be affected by material availability, site conditions, customer access, weather, emergencies, other contractors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing reasonable access to the property and areas where work is to be performed

  • Providing accurate information regarding the project

  • Identifying known hazards or site conditions

  • Obtaining permissions or approvals that are the customer's responsibility

  • Providing access to equipment, systems, or areas necessary to perform the requested work

  • Paying amounts due under the applicable agreement

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information or authorization provided to us is accurate and valid.

5. Changes to the Scope of Work

Additional work requested by the customer or made necessary by site conditions may be billed separately from the original estimate.

Whenever reasonably practical, we will communicate material changes in scope and pricing before performing additional work.

Emergency or time-sensitive work may require immediate action when delaying the work could result in additional damage, service interruption, or other loss.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delay work when amounts due remain unpaid.

7. Materials and Equipment

Materials and equipment supplied as part of a project may be subject to manufacturer warranties and limitations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer rather than by One-Stop Communications LLC.

Installed equipment may require registration, subscriptions, licensing, or third-party services that are the customer's responsibility.

8. Existing Systems and Equipment

The Company may work with existing wiring, networking equipment, hardware, software, or infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that existing systems will remain fully operational after modifications when those systems are outdated, damaged, improperly installed, incompatible, or otherwise outside our control.

If existing conditions materially affect the requested work, additional work or charges may apply.

9. Customer-Provided Equipment

The Company may, when agreed upon, install or configure equipment supplied by the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company does not guarantee the quality, compatibility, performance, reliability, or manufacturer warranty of customer-provided equipment.

10. Permits and Approvals

When permits, inspections, property-owner approvals, utility coordination, or other governmental or third-party approvals are required, responsibility for obtaining those approvals will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

The customer agrees to cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to complete the project.
